  • Pacemaker, heart rhythm disturbance, epilepsy, severe varicose veins, thrombosis, psychological disorders, first trimester of pregnancy and recent surgical wound (10 days, but to be agreed on a case by case basis!).

  • If any of them concern you or if you have any questions, please contact us! Your participation is at your own risk.

Important advice:

  • Before sound bath sessions please restrain the use of alcohol and other mind-altering substances. I suggest avoiding coffee as well.

  • Before a sound bath, it is worth avoiding strong stimuli from the outside world and instead start to listen inwardly and tune in to what you want to let go of or allow into your life or yourself. Often before the program, there is an amplification of phenomena that help this process of awareness.

  • After soundbaths a walk, passive rest and drinking plenty of water are recommended. For days – in case of SAMSARA and intense processes for weeks or even months – the vibrations of the singingbowls work in your body and your whole being.

Sound baths are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. It is a delicate and gentle energetic method that goes deep and sometimes has intense effects. Sound baths are designed to bring your energy into a more harmonious attunement, to bring you closer to yourself and to help you to fulfill your potential. Each person can take the next step on their own evolutionary path.
